We tailor our service to suit your requirements and needs and will discuss your expectations to establish exactly what you want. We can limit the survey to certain internal areas such as WC facilities or public areas, individual elements of the construction such as the roof or external fabric or carry out a full survey of the interior and exterior of the building.
The extent of the survey will wholly depend upon what you want to achieve from the report. If you are looking at implementing a pre-planned maintenance programme or overlooked your building maintenance for a while then you will probably require the full Condition Survey. If you only want to look at certain areas or elements of your building then we can narrow the survey down.
The report we will issue will be comprehensive and include a rating system and estimation of cost. This will enable you to establish those issues that require immediate or urgent attention and those that are less serious and can be scheduled in for a later date. This also allows you prepare a maintenance budget by scheduling the work over a period of time, for example five years, and spreading the cost accordingly. This can be especially useful if you have to apply for funding in advance as it allows you to see what work is required during the following year and removes the guessing element of budget preparation.
