Description: This is one of our current projects, which is currently at planning stage and involves the redesign and refurbishment of an existing healthcare clinic, which is attached to primary school. An existing external open store is to be transformed into much needed storage space for the office staff and also includes a staff WC, whilst retaining a smaller refuse bin store. Originally the scheme included a new build extension but this has been removed due to economic constraints imposed by the client. The existing internal layout has therefore been redesigned to ensure all of the clients requirements have been met but at a slightly smaller scale. This made for an interesting design phase but the client is satisfied with the proposals we have submitted for Planning Approval. We expect the construction phase to present some challenging issues such as working in close proximity to the adjacent nursery.
