All of our drawings are produced using Computer Aided Design (CAD), allowing alterations to be made easily and more efficiently. All documents can be emailed to speed up communications between the members of the project team.

By providing design concepts, mood boards and 3D photorealistic visualisations to represent the various options available we feel that it allows clients to view the design and space prior to construction, removing the potential additional cost of expensive post project alterations. The documents allow all parties to discuss the options fully and decide which option to proceed with.

We offer a full range of Architectural services including computer modeling, photo-realistic rendering, sun studies and walk throughs as well as the standard 2D and 3D drawings. All these documents are provided at cost effective prices compared with traditional Architects practices.

The measured survey will record all necessary measurements of the property required to produce accurate CAD drawings. The level of detail will be determined by the client and agreed by all parties prior to the survey taking place. The survey can be 2D or 3D and will depend on what other services you require, for example you will require a 3D survey if you require 3D visualisations or walk-throughs.
