We provide a maintenance consultancy service for owners of single properties as well as multi-site portfolios. Condition Surveys and Stock Condition Inspections can be undertaken to assess the condition of a building or buildings, and to identify any reactive and planned maintenance works required. From these reports, annual and long-term work programmes are formed and arrangements can be made to administer the necessary work by suitable contractors. We are able to provide a complete service including specification writing, tendering and site supervision.
By putting a plan in place for maintenance it ensures that funding can be sought in advance to ensure it is available when it is needed and is also a useful tool to allow you to have a proactive and not reactive attitude to your buildings.
