Project Management
Our experienced team provide a full Project Management service for projects of all sizes. We will manage your construction project from initial feasibility, through design, specification and tender writing, appointment of a main contractor (in line with your financial procedures) and then supervise the construction period ensuring all project constraints are adhered to.

Upon receipt of a brief we will carry out feasibilities studies if required to ensure the brief can be met and in turn your expectations.

We will then carry out the initial and detailed design in conjunction with you, holding regular design meetings until a final proposal has been signed off.

We will then submit the necessary Statutory Application on your behalf and prepare a specification and tender documentation to enable competitive costings to be obtained.

A comprehensive tender appraisal will be carried out establish which contractor is offering the best value for money and we will make recommendations based upon that appraisal.

Once you approve a contractor we will act as Contract Administrator to monitor work on site through to practical completion, handover and commissioning. We will also carry out checks towards the end of the defects liability period to ensure that the contractor rectifies any outstanding issues prior to the final certificate being issued.
At predetermined times throughout the construction period we will value the work completed and issue payment certificates accordingly.

Please note that it is the Clients responsibility to enter into a contract or pace an official order with the contractor directly.
